NEW MARKET – Funeral services for Joe C. Patton, who died Wednesday at Culver Hospital, were conducted Friday afternoon at the Noble Reeves mortuary in charge of Rev. Raymond Skelton and Rev. Dalis Ressler. Pallbearers were Gale Grimes, Harold Taylor, Dennis Moody, Gerald Lee Simpson, Clarence Baker and Lester Himes. Organ music was played by Mrs. Ruth Himes and burial was in Indian Creek Hill Cemetery. – jlr
